Shootz
One dashboard for a restaurant group's sales, labor, ads and reviews, built on top of their point of sale, scheduling and ad accounts. Nothing was replaced; it reads from what is there.
Client studio
The portal every website client gets: change requests in plain words, a health check on the site, and billing in one place. We run it for our own clients.
Backhouse
Our own product. It connects Toast to Claude so operators can ask about their numbers in plain language.

It starts with a call about how the business runs now: what you use, who touches it, and where the time goes. You get a written scope, and you see working software as it lands rather than at the end.
Engagements start at $3,000. We maintain what we build for as long as the engagement runs, and we work in person across Orange County.

Do you replace the systems we use?
No. We build on top of them. Your point of sale, your scheduling and your books stay where they are, and the software reads from them.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything runs on your accounts and your keys, so if we part ways the systems and the data stay with you.
What happens after launch?
We maintain what we build for as long as the engagement runs, and we are a call away when something in your stack changes.
